Inventory every asset
List fonts, photographs, illustrations, icons, logos, textures and templates, including creator, source link and acquisition date.
Record permitted use
Keep the licence or written permission and note territory, duration, media, modification and resale restrictions. A preview or personal-use licence may not cover products.
Resolve uncertainty before release
Replace unclear assets or obtain confirmation. Record attribution requirements and ensure the final handoff includes the evidence the recipient needs.
